Bully's OutlookA full redesign. We added a large deck over the water and two 16-foot sliding glass walls so the living space opens straight onto the lake, which has a calm, sandy-bottom swim area out front.
Bully's BayA lakefront family compound on Winnipesaukee's west shore, near Weirs Beach. We rebuilt the main lake house, built four new cottages, and organized the property as a condominium so each section can be rented on its own, booked together as one compound, or sold.
